In June 2024, we held the Activating Your Inner Energy Retreat with Rapha Hari in Caraiva. The retreat offered a journey of transformation and self-discovery, led by Rapha Hari, in a natural and welcoming environment. Over four days, participants engaged in activities such as workshops on energetic bio-reflexology, conscious breathing, walks, meditation, and energy alignment experiences. The event aimed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, providing a profound inner connection and energy renewal.
