In October 2023, we held the Body and Connection Retreat with Teca Toscano in Campos do Jordão. It was a transformative experience amidst nature, where we explored self-awareness and personal development. Our sanctuary was at Sucupira Farm & Polo, a serene location with breathtaking views and a relaxing pool. Under Teca's guidance, we immersed ourselves in revitalizing practices such as yoga and waterfall baths with crystals. The special talks guided us on the journey of self-discovery. Teca and Luciana's methodology inspired us to integrate these experiences into our daily lives. It was an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and nature, leaving us enriched and ready for personal growth.
